Coconut Berry Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh pineapple, chunks
  • 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 tbsp nut butter (i.e., peanut, almond)
  • 1 serving of protein powder (vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice (optional)


Blend all ingredients together until the desired consistency is reached. Add more water as needed.

Serves: 1

APPROXIMATE NUTRITIONAL ANALYSIS PER SERVING: 349 calories, 22.4 grams of protein, 50 grams of carbohydrates, 7.2 grams of fat, and 9.9 grams of dietary fiber.
