Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- 1 cup frozen or fresh pineapple, chunks
- 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1 tbsp nut butter (i.e., peanut, almond)
- 1 serving of protein powder (vanilla)
- 1/2 cup crushed ice (optional)
Method:
Blend all ingredients together until the desired consistency is reached. Add more water as needed.
