Enjoy this white-bean chili with a salad and crackers. Easy to make and delicious to the taste, this recipe is a winner. It also has a natural shelf life (AKA left overs). Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 3 cups white beans (navy, great northern, cannellini)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 oz chopped chiles
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 ½ tsp cumin
- ¼ tsp ground cloves
- ¼ tsp cayenne
- 8 cups water
Method:
Combine all of the ingredients in a large pot and gently simmer for 60 minutes.
Serves: 3
