In this study, weight regain was less in the group who exercised versus the group that didn't. This led the researchers to conclude that exercise after weight loss is great for reducing appetite and keeping weight down. Keep in mind that they're talking about weight regain and not weight loss. This may not be new to you, but the face remains that consistent activity not only aids in reducing your waistline but keeping the fat from coming back.
