Are lemon and limes allowed on the 21 day challenge and if so how to I categorize them?

All food are part of the challenge, but during certain phases of the 21 days, certain foods are recommended.

Good Morning Robert

I have a question and am not sure where to put it. hope this is alright here
It concerns sleeping.
I want to know if you do not get 7 to 8 hours of sleep at night, would a nap during the day count towards the 7 to 8 hours.

If you aren’t able to get 7-8 hours of sleep, do what you can to at least get in a power nap, which could be 20 to 60 minutes. We totally understand it can be difficult to get an adequate amount of sleep. However, do the best you can.

Thank you so much, I was worried about this and now I feel a little better now. I am a senior and sometimes don’t get enough sleep at night, and my cat don’t help. but I do take a small nap during the day. Again that you and I can’t wait to get started.
